Meet Trip
Real estate is a relationship business. Before we talk houses, here's who you'd be working with.
The Short Version
I'm Trip Eberhart. My wife Lori and I raised our family in Georgia and have been on Lake Hartwell for about twenty years — full time now — and most weekends still involve a boat, a dock, and good company.
Before real estate, I spent more than two decades at The Coca-Cola Company in roles where pace, clarity, and respect for people's time mattered. I bring the same instincts here: respond fast, tell you the truth, and treat your timeline like it matters — because it does.
Lake Hartwell isn't a market I research from a desk. It's where I live, where I know the coves, the schools, the year-round rhythms, and which neighborhoods actually fit the life you're trying to build. We also spent a few years living in Greenville, splitting time between the lake and the city — so the broader Upstate isn't an extension of my market, it's the other half of it.

Why Real Estate
Every transaction I touch is somebody's next phase of life — a first home, a relocation, a downsize, a lake house long dreamed about. That weight is the whole reason I do this work.
My commitment is simple: I'll respond quickly, I'll tell you what I'd do if it were my own family, and I'll make sure the timeline is yours, not mine.
